I won’t say it’s Shakespearean, obviously. But it hits every beat in a way that feels perfectly tuned for a teen romantic comedy. Sometimes it’s fast-paced sometimes it’s slow and reflective sometimes it’s outright sappy. Not only that, but I think that, rhythm-wise, this one’s hard to beat.
